The ACE Mentoring Program was created to foster connections across UCLA campus colleagues and provide opportunities for professional growth through their roles as a mentor or mentee.

The UCLA ACE Mentoring Program will provide current advising professionals with a space to:

  • Foster and enhance the personal and professional growth of its participants
  • Create and build a sense of community among on-campus professionals
  • Welcome and support both new and seasoned UCLA staff throughout their professional journeys
  • Cultivate connections and collaborations across campus

The ACE Mentoring Program is open to all campus professionals, and applications are collected on an annual basis during the summer. The Mentoring Program sub-committee members review all applications and pair mentors and mentees based on factors such as, their career aspirations, personal and professional interests, and purpose for joining the program. All mentors and mentees are provided with resources after the pairing, including program guidelines, a partnership agreement, and suggestions for conversation topics or activities. The sub-committee also maintains communication with our participants through our monthly ACE Links newsletter, mid-year/end-of-the-year surveys, and event programming.

How to Apply
Application will be available in August.  If you have any questions, please contact
