UC-WIDE SPECIAL PROGRAMS
There are special enrollment programs within the UC system that allow UCLA students to take courses at other UC campuses. Through these programs, students can explore unique course offerings not available at UCLA, study with specific faculty, or participate in specialized learning opportunities. To learn more about each program, review the information provided below.

Important factors to consider:
- Coursework completed through these programs does not count toward UCLA’s academic residence requirement. If you have questions or concerns about how this may affect your residency, please consult with a College Advisor before enrolling.
- To ensure that you remain on track with your degree requirements, we encourage that you speak with both your College and departmental advisors about your plans to participate in one of these programs.
- Approval to enroll in one of these programs does not guarantee that the course will satisfy specific degree requirements, such as College or General Education requirements.
- Students are encouraged to consult with their department and/or College advisors if they wish to have coursework completed through these programs applied toward specific degree requirements.
- While UC Cross-Campus Online and Simultaneous UC Enrollment are considered forms of concurrent enrollment, students do not need to submit a College Student Petition for concurrent enrollment approval if they are accepted into these programs.
