The Office of Analytics and Institutional Research can support advisors through the usage of their self-service dashboards focused primarily on topics related to enrollment, degrees awarded, graduation, time-to-degree, instructional activity, retention, and workforce statistics.
UIT hosts a number of web applications, primarily on MyUCLA. UIT can provide data generated by these applications along with related student data via formatted reports, excel downloads or email

The Registrar’s Office provides point-in-time data, email campaigns, and course offering information for enrollment planning or program review; triages/assists with data requests from advisors to appropriate SAIT team (e.g. RSR, data from DARS); facilitates access to existing reports; generally explains how data is stored in SRDB; and serves as functional managers between departments inputting data into OASIS and extracting that data.

SAIRO is the primary coordinating office for the majority of major institutional surveys of UCLA students. They engage in more targeted qualitative and quantitative projects to support the work of Student Affairs.
